Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026 · AI3 Inc.

These terms govern your use of ai3.kr, operated by AI3 Inc. ("AI3", "we"), including the blog, careers, fellowship and contact pages (the "Site"). Each product we offer has its own terms, which take precedence for that product.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of AI3 and users in connection with the Site.

2. Definitions

• "User" means anyone who accesses the Site to read content or use the contact, application or subscription features.
• "Subscriber" means a user who subscribed to the blog or signed in as a reader with an email address or Google account.
• "Content" means all text, images, video, design and software AI3 publishes on the Site.

3. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when posted on the Site. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will post notice at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

4. The service

The Site provides company and product information, blog content, job and fellowship applications, inquiry forms and email subscriptions, free of charge. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site for operational or technical reasons and will post notice on the Site.

5. Subscriptions and reader sign-in

• Subscribers must provide an accurate email address and must not use another person's email or Google account.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to privacy@ai3.kr.
• We may terminate accounts without prior notice for false information, automated bulk sign-ups or other violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property in the Content belong to AI3 or its rightful owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from the Content without our prior consent. Non-commercial quotation with attribution to ai3.kr and a link to the original is permitted. Materials you submit through the contact or application forms remain yours; we use them only for review and response.

7. User obligations

• Comply with applicable law, these terms and our notices.
• Do not interfere with the Site (excessive automated requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, distributing malicious code).
• Do not submit material that infringes the rights of AI3 or third parties or is defamatory.

8. AI3's obligations

We operate the Site reliably in accordance with law and these terms, and protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle legitimate complaints promptly and, when immediate resolution is not possible, tell you why and when to expect a response.

9. Disclaimers

• Content is provided for information only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose; decisions based on it are your responsibility.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or third-party service outages.
• We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
• Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the free Site.

10. Job and fellowship applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or selection. We review applications by our own criteria and notify applicants individually. Selection may be revoked if submitted information proves false.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

Addendum

These terms take effect on September 6, 2026.
